* Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the following business day.

* Shipping from Multiple Warehouses:
At Noir & Blanc, we operate multiple warehouses in different cities. In rare cases, if you’ve purchased multiple items and we don’t have all products in the nearest warehouse to you, your items may be delivered separately. This helps ensure faster delivery, even if some items need to be shipped from different locations.

* Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or other external factors.

* Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Mexico, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy for orders over $50.
  • For international orders (outside of the countries listed above), shipping is a flat rate of $20 for orders.

* Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

* Delays:
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, customs).

Customs Fees Policy

We are happy to offer international shipping for our products. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional charges such as customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These fees are determined by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

* Customer Responsibility: 
All customs fees, taxes, and import duties incurred on international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping or the price of the product at checkout.

* Shipping Delays:
Customs processing can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. We encourage you to track your package regularly and contact your local customs office if you have any concerns regarding delays.

* Refused Packages:
If a package is refused due to customs fees or duties not being paid, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges or fees associated with the refused delivery.
