Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment. Please contact us immediately at support@noirandblanc.com if you wish to cancel.


Why isn't my delivered order complete?
We operate from multiple warehouses worldwide. If your order includes several items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery — even if that means packages arrive at different times.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Mexico, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy for orders over $50.
For all other destinations, a flat $20 shipping fee applies per order.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.


Can I track my order?
